Many young people discover our Region all year long and especially during summer holidays thanks to scouting.
These are real education partners with whom we should implement means and instructions that respect the essence of their activities.
Of course respect must be mutual. Just like everyone, scout association members must abide by the established regulations and, what goes without saying, constraints in community life.
This charter is the result of an in-depth discussion that the Minister, the Scout Associations and the Union des Villes et Communes de Wallonie (The Walloon Cities and Municipalities Union) held together.
