THE DEPARTMENT’S ASSIGNMENTS AND GOALS :

  • Management and follow-up of files relating to town planning permits, permits to divide into plots and environmental permits (and soon town planning statements).
  • Providing town planning advice to citizens.
  • Secretariat of the Municipal Commission on Land Settlement.
  • Providing notaries, lawyers and private individuals that could hire property goods located in on the unit territory with information.
  • Follow-up of the conception of the Structure Scheme and the Municipal Regulation for Town Planning in collaboration with the cartography department.
  • Development of private spaces in Ny, following the public meeting on May 7th 2007 :
